The Penz13.com – BMW Motorrad Team had to retire from the 24 hours of Le Mans, the season opener of the 2016 FIM Endurance World Championship, after battling for the lead in the first seven-and-a-half hours. Riders Kenny Foray, Mathieu Gines and Lukas Pesek showed a great pace on their BMW S 1000 RR to fight for the podium or even the win, but the race ended prematurely after a combination of unforeseen circumstances.
Le Mans, France. The Penz13.com – BMW Motorrad Team with riders Mathieu Gines (France), Kenny Foray (France) and Lukas Pesek (Czech Republic) at the helm of the BMW S 1000 RR celebrated the pole position for the 24 hours of Le Mans, the opening round of the 2016 FIM Endurance World Championship, today. It is the second Pole Position in the team’s history after outpacing the world on the Superstock bike at the German round at Oschersleben two years ago.

Le Mans, France. The high hopes of the Penz13.com - BMW Motorrad Team were washed out during today’s first Qualifying session for the 24 heures Moto de La Mans, the first round of the 2016 FIM Endurance World Championship. The team struggled in rain, hail and changeable conditions. The bright spot of the day has been the Free Practice session in the morning with Mathieu Gines, Kenny Foray and Lukas Pesek finishing in third position in dry conditions.

Second season in the EWC category of the FIM Endurance World Championship sees the Penz13.com BMW Motorrad Team squad fielding Frenchmens Kenny Foray, Mathieu Gines and Lukas Pesek from Czech Republic – World Champions and Grand Prix winners bank on the BMW S 1000 RR.
Kamenz/Böhlen, Germany. The Penz13.com BMW Motorrad Team has regrouped it’s squad to start a strengthened assault on the FIM Endurance World Championship in 2016. Signing Kenny Foray, France, Mathieu Gines, France, and Lukas Pesek, Czech Republic, to ride the EWC-spec BMW S 1000 RR in the 2016 season brings together successful, talented and highly motivated top athletes from the world of motorbike racing. Le Castellet, France. BMW Motorrad France Team Penz13.com finished the 79th Bol d’Or at the Paul Ricard Circuit Le Castellet in sixth position after an impressive showing by Markus Reiterberger (GER), Bastien Mackels (BEL) and Lukas Pesek (CZE) on course of the final 24 hours race of the 2015 FIM Endurance World Championship to finish in sixth position.
